Outlaw Factory Development Team is focused on developing the habits and attributes necessary to advance riders careers and provide the needed support to navigate the world of UCI downhill racing, including travel logistics, coaching, mechanic/race support, nutrition, workouts, and a high level training environment that will push the athletes to the next level! It’s everything Outlaw riders know and do at a younger age, just at a much more professional level.

 

We're keeping this exclusive opportunity tight-knit, with just 5 spots available for the highest level racers with their sights set on not just ‘trying out a World Cup race’ but on actually competing at one.

• Fully sponsored. Racing will only cost them the price of getting to the race.

• Year-Round Strength and Conditioning Program via TeamBuildr App

• Mental Skills training and support

• Must be the best Outlaws and the best riders in the country

• Exceptional humans that are working on their Outlaw Pillars and have shown and proven a community initiative - volunteering, mentoring, trail building, etc.

• Race schedule - TBD - UCI World Cup races, National Series, Crankworx Whistler,

• Year round training - Woodward Mondays, Southern Utah training, Rad Canyon BMX training
